Profile

Profile is a Personnel Management System designed for the storage and reporting of information relating to employees, club members, students or any similar organisation. Information is presented in a tabbed notebook style interface allowing the maintenance of details relating to absence, appointments / calls, appraisals, banks, belongings, benefits, contacts, courses, diary entries, disciplinary, education / qualifications, equipment, health, health insurance, incidents, locations, passport / visa, pay, pensions, roles, unions, vehicles, working time information and more.

The system may be tailored to exactly meet user requirements by simply turning off unwanted options. Any literal within the system can be permanently amended.

Most input fields can be removed if not required. Profile comes with its own report generator allowing the specification of user reports.

Users only see the data that they want!
