Preset Viewer Breeze

Preset Viewer Breeze is a handy tool for for quickly viewing brushes, patterns, shapes, gradients, swatches, style, installed fonts and other presets used in Photoshop. Presets can be automatically searched for and organized into virtual folders as needed.

These files can also be exported to PNG format for use with multitudes of other design software.
