PC-Telephone is is a standalone software application (SoftPhone) capable to provide telecommunications services such as telephony and file/fax transfer on various communications networks ? Internet (IP/SIP), Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) and Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN).
