LoanAmortizer Pro 3 is a loan amortization and payment schedule preparation and printing application suitable for personal and business use. The Professional Edition features a simple interface with a lot of extras including 10 payment frequencies, 10 compounding periods, Normal (Actuarial) and US Rule(Simple) amortization methods, Regular and Canadian mortgage Interest type calculations and 6 types of interest year calculations.
The program has a clean reporting system presenting detailed information for the amortization schedule specifics as well as the annual loan status. LoanAmortizer Pro 3 also features payment coupon book preparation and printing,loan payment late fees tracking and reminding, and the ability to input prepaid finance charges as a percentage of the Loan Amount or as a fixed amount.
The program also allows balloon payments management as a final payment at the end of the payment schedule or just a lump sum within the amortization schedule. Install /Uninstall and Help functions included.
