Description
Lipikar is a unique but simple desktop authoring tool for Windows ANSI/ASCII fonts. It is independent of languages or keyboards and can be used to create passages of text in any language without caring about the keystrokes associated with a particular font.
This is the RC2 (Release Candidate 2) release of Lipikar 3.0.0. The Setup program now contains some Indian language fonts to be selectively installed by the user.
As such, its size has been marginally increased by about 800 KB. Apart from some debugging, all other previous features of Lipikar have been left intact.
