An MS Access based database (Access not required) for any small business / self employed person providing a service (or services) charged at an hourly rate (also stores information of other charges/items that aren’t charged hourly). Stores the following information to keep track of Jobs completed / Services Provided: Full Customer details, Separate Contact(s) for company based Clients, Jobs undertaken/Services provided for them, Other Charges/Items supplied, Job Description and Comments Prints a simple invoice with no need to type any extra information, using the automatic letter heading, or user’s own pre-printed stationery.
Exports income and expense data to Microsoft Excel for use with user’s own accounting spreadsheet/ package Shows statistics at a glance about user’s business, for example: Top Services / Charges / Items / Clients / Towns by income and hours, Total income, hours worked & discount given. Works in any Country that uses Dollars, Euros or Pounds.
Full searching ability using following fields: Customer Ref, Customer/Company Name, Town/City, County/State, Job Number, Job Description, Invoice Number. Instant calculation of VAT / Sales Tax / Discount.
Does not require VAT / Sales Tax figures to work. Allows certain Services/Charges to become free of charge.
Shows unsent/overdue invoices. User's can email Customers direct from database.
