hsCADence is a CAD document conversion tool. It converts to/from DWG/DWF/DXF, supports six different CAD file versions (r12, r13, r14, AutoCAD 2000, 2004, 2005), exports to PDF, BMP and JPEG, and supports command line scripting and batch processing.
