The Franchise Opportunity Calculator software allows you to: 1) Enter your SBA or other loan information and calculates its amortization schedule including optional interest only payments, change of interest rate, and additional payments; 2) Enter your other expenses such as lease, supplies, wages etc...; 3) Then compare them with your projected monthly cash inflows to see your franchises' monthly net profit or loss. 4) Print out the results.
