The Locked Files Wizard (formerly CopyLock) is a simple assistant that allows you to replace, move, delete or rename files or folders used by the system or any other application. The Locked Files Wizard can also help to select some worms and trojans from the Registry and to quickly remove them from the system.
A command-line version is also available in the package so that you can use it from a Command window or a script. Disclaimer: you can crash your system or make it unbootable if you are not careful, use at your own risk.
