This program is a database (DBF) manager. It can handle all functions to create and modify the DBFs in format OEM (dos) and ANSI (windows).

It also creates indices in format NTX (Clipper), CDX (FoxPro), MDX (DBaseIV), .dbv FlexFile 3, export or import to/from Visual FoxPro, Import/export from/to .CSV and XML files.
