CcMail 1.0 is a FREE, powerful php Mailing List Manager that doesnt require any database or language knowledge. CcMail is very simple to install and set up: you have *only* to include a php line.
The main features are: Groups and Users managing, Mail sending with virtually any option, HTML editor, Privacy Protection, Validation email, Easy Update, Import/Export, Scheduling etc.
