No Support i had the same problem as the last reviewer. after 5 emails i have given up. and i have about a hundred of my personal and family recipes in their database that i can't get to. do not buy this software!!!

Cookbook Wizard User Review Customer support is non-existent when needed most. I purchased the software, then needed to move it to a new computer after mine went on the blink. I tried to move the software over using the same backup process I used with my other software, but was completely unsuccessful. I e-mailed the company for assistance and included the original e-mail confirming my purchase. They provided no support whatsoever and requested that I purchase the software again. Fat chance. Buyer beware.
