Could Not Rank My Website By Specific Page I tried the free trial version, wanting to see how specific pages would be ranked in search engines for keywords. Seemed like it would be easy enough, but for some unknown reason, it won't match identical web addresses for me. After emailing the customer service, and getting told I shouldn't search for a specific page, just broad page matches, and having to explain a second time what I wanted to do, I was told, well for some reason it just doesn't work for you. It works for other websites though, just not yours, sorry it can't do that at this time. Be prepared, if you get this product, it might not do what you want, and there may be no reason for it to not do these things. Also be prepared for customer service to not listen to what you say, and to give suggestions seemingly based on prewritten emails. It will take a minimum of two emails to get to the point, and chances are good, they won't be able to help you anyway.
