Once all the categories are entered, the duration to complete each category is entered. The schedule is automatically created and generated on the screen. The schedule is created as if all the tasks were in the critical path. This can be changed by entering the days to adjust. This will allow the builder to start a new task before the previous one is complete. As the actual start and finish dates are entered, the program will calculate whether the schedule is ahead or behind schedule. The percentage of tasks that are not complete can be entered and saved. At any time during the construction process, the builder can get a complete print out of the progress of the project either on the screen or on paper.
