Cons: The program does not really work until you purchase it. You must let its update service automatically hook into your system OS to check for updates or it will not work. Admittedly this can be shut off via your firewall; however, the application still loads which slows down the boot process. The program did not satisfy my specific needs, which is not a negative comment. The site advertises a "30 days, money back, no questions asked, satisfaction guarantee" but I have contacted the company three times asking for a refund and each time I get a response for more information so their technical department can solve any problems I may be having. I have been forced to contact my credit card company to obtain a refund. Totally miffed!
